We offer a 10-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at askvineroll@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If you discover the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about specific items.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at askvineroll@gmail.com.
